The tall brick building stands on a hill overlooking Embreain Town. Inside, some professors and researchers are busily researching, and doing whatever needs to be done.

Once you step inside, there's some nice tropical plants to greet you, and occasionally, Pokemon running about everywhere. The pink and blue tiles are shiny and slippery - be careful! They're polished regulary out of pure boredom of the Pokemon living there.
